Business and life lessons learnt from attending masterminds and events

If you are hesitant about attending events or masterminds, then let me share with you some of the business and life lessons I have learnt from attending masterminds and events. 2015 was the year were my business moved to the next level. The first event I attended was in March 2015, a couple of months after that, my business was booming. I won’t be specific with the event’s details or locations as that is not relevant to this post. What matters is what I got out of each event -and what you too can get- if you make the decision to attend these events.

Before I continue, I would like to add that the number of strategies and skills I’ve learnt plus the value I have gotten and the fantastic people I have met is SO big that I could easily spend a few years of my life describing them all here :P. Each of them have been equally important. For the purpose of this post I will only be mentioning the aspects of the events that touched me the most and which have remained with me up until now.

  1. Ameli Antoinette

Can you guess whereabouts is this?

Visiting your dream place: This may not sound very business-related, but in a few words: ‘If you are in your happy place, you can happily do business‘. The comfort of your hammock atmosphere around you sets such a mood that doing business gets really smooth even if you have to deal with a glitch that  has turned into your worst capture page nightmareBy attending a mastermind/event that is hosted at one of your dream destinations, you have the opportunity to go around and discover it after the event. I visited this special place for the first time and had an amazing time there. First at an exclusive resort – all included- and then by renting our own gorgeous house. This exotic location is magical and I can say that it is my favourite getaway destination in the world. The time I spent there was of spiritual healing, recharging, forgiving and letting go. So If I was able to visit one of my dream destination while doing business,  you can too! After all, you never will never know the effect a certain place place will have on you unless you get there and discover it.

If you are in your happy place you can happily do business ameli antoinette
  2. Meeting like-minded people: By attending events and masterminds, you also meet amazing humble, smart and fun people. I’m talking about the kind of people that you have just met but it feels like you’ve known them for a lifetime. Strangers that become your friends and family. People who inspires you, motivates you, helps you break free from your own paradigms and makes you realize that ‘heck yeah!, I can totally do this!‘ because these people have already walked the path you are walking and can help you overcome struggle, or give you some epic tips to avoid getting them on your way. Now, depending of the type of event you attend, you can also have breakthroughs. The lessons I’ve learnt have allowed me to have many breakthroughs during this time, and these happened at random conversations with some of the best kick-ass entrepreneurs, at the time I’m sure they didn’t even know the influence and power of their words in my life. Well, months later I have decided to share these lessons with you.

Lesson #1 – ‘Forgive Yourself’

I would say that a very important person who helped me have a major breakthrough during this phase of my life was Brent Payne, CEO of VIM. If you know my story, you know that I was a workaholic, career-focused Medical Doctor working crazy hours and then one day, snap! my mom passed away. It hit me, I let precious moments with mom slip through my fingers. In order to get a better understanding of this breakthrough, watch the video below… This is a very VERY personal video –Thank you sis Regina for capturing this golden moment <3 –  and I find it a bit difficult to share it here but I know that if you are on a similar situation the one I was in and you too have someone very important in your life like you children, your dad, your partner, or whoever means the world to you with whom you want to spend valuable time with, this video will help you. So here I am sharing my vulnerability and strengths with you.

For about two years I felt guilty for being at work most of the time rather than with my mom. That guilt was stopping me from achieving my maximum potential as a business owner and it wasn’t until that moment with Brent, when  I had an unexpected breakthrough in front of about 100 people. Suddenly, it felt like a whole load was taken out of my back. Today, I know for sure that this moment was crucial. Before closing this lesson I have to share with you an application that I’ve used, that has also helped me with my own personal development and my business productivity. This application is called VIM, a user-friendly and highly effective application co-created by Brent. Brent, thank you from the bottom of my heart <3.

Lesson #2: ‘Let go’

I spent a decent amount of time talking to one of the most successful online entrepreneurs: David Wood. Having the chance to talk to him one-on-one at one of our parties, at the 16’000 sqft mansion we were staying, was another EPIC moment I got from attending events. We didn’t spoke about landing pages, conversion rates or business strategies. We spoke about life. This conversation allowed me to see beyond the ‘man on the screen’. David Wood is one of the most humble, kind-hearted, kick-ass and smart-ass people I’ve ever met and this is what I can share with you from our conversation: “You need to let go. You need to let go. JUST Let go“.  Yes, it is a simple phrase yet a powerful one that can also help you. Let go of whatever it is that is holding you back, no matter what happened in the past. Your time is too precious to live in regret or wonder. Just let go and focus on the present moment. David Wood, thank you.

Lesson #3 – ‘Give and Forgive’

Chatting with my Unstoppable Momma – Rhonda Swan is like listening to a life and business encyclopaedia while getting shots of energy, fun and life. She is totally badass! Always spot on, energetic, full of life and business focused with a MASSIVE heart of gold. She knows what she wants and she gets it! –If you know her, you know what I’m talking about, If you don’t (yet) then trust me, you better do– Rhonda has also been (still is!) a very important role model in my life, from her I have learnt many many powerful lessons. Two  of those are:

  • Unstopapble Momma lesson #1 – Life:  “In order to give, you need to forgive. Give and forgive” Forgive what happened in the past, let it go, it was part of a process, embrace it and set it free. (this connects directly with the previous lesson). Then, give give give, love, give, help. Forgiving and giving is your best medicine.
    Give-and-forgive-compressor
  • Unstoppable Momma lesson#2  – Business:  “Structure gives you freedom” By that time, I’ve had heard the classic “organize your day, plan your day ahead, set you DMO (Daily Method of Operation)” but when we were talking, listening to her it was like all the dots connected and suddenly it all made sense. “Structure gives you freedom”, by organizing your day and dedicating a specific amount of time to certain business tasks, you get more time to chill out, go out, have fun or do other things you also love!. Rhonda, my Unstoppable Momma, is a co-founder of the Freedom-Preneur Movement. A movement that has set the foundation of my entrepreneurial life and where I’ve learnt most of the business skills I have now. If you want to meet her, then I suggest you go ahead and visit our Freedom-Preneur Movement now, especially if you are not sure where to start in your business or you are an aspiring entrepreneur struggling online. Rhonda, thanks Momma :)!

Lesson # 4 – ‘It’s not about you, it’s about the people’

This phrase was KEY to my business so thank you Paulo B., a kind-hearted, humble, genuine person and friend. The main message of this phrase applies to you if you are in business or in sales. Forget about the sale, it is not about you making a sale for the sake of it, it is about the people you are talking to and how you can help them with what you have. The sales are only a result of your help. Of course, it is vital that you genuinely BELIEVE in your offer and that you act with integrity.

it's not about you it's about the people Ameli Antoinette paulo barroso

Lesson #5 – ‘Sell to help’

Before Joannie’s presentation at the mastermind, I was against selling and struggled with it because I hated when people pitched an opportunity at me. Being the person I am, I can’t even pretend to do the same to others. But after hearing her presentation on selling, my perspective about selling totally – and I mean TOTALLY – changed. If you believe in your product, if it resonates with you, if you KNOW that your product is of value and it genuinely helps people. Then you have the obligation to offer your product to them because you have something that is going to help them and if you don’t help them with what you have, they will miss out on an opportunity that can change or improve their lives. Or even worse, someone else will sell them something that won’t be as good as what you have for them. So if you have the power to help them, DO IT. It is your obligation to make them realize the benefit of it. With this I don’t mean ‘being pushy’ NOT-AT-ALL. Real selling is about helping your client realize by themselves the value or the product or offer you have. In other words, you have a specific solution for someone with a specific problem. If that person is ready, they will take the next step and acquire your product and if is not, that’s ok!.

Nowadays, when people asks me ‘how do you sell?’ Well, I really don’t. Instead, I genuinely share what I do and/or what I know. The sale comes by default. I don’t worry about ugly sales pitch or recommended things to say. I just speak from my heart, from my own experience, from the powerful change that this product or offer has caused in my life and business and how it can help improve their lives too. As the saying goes, the master appears when the student is ready and when they are ready, they take action.

Lesson # 6 – ‘You are a Leader’

Last but not least, I actually heard this phrase when I started my transition from employee to entrepreneur from two of the people whom I appreciate and love to bits, Mike & Regina.

If you have no business background, getting started in business can be effin’ scary, that was me back then. I could barely understand the definition of an autoresponder and the function of it seemed like some type of alien language that I was never going to decipher. After a couple of days of badass 1-on-1 training, everything started to make sense. My point here is… YOU ARE A LEADER. If there is something that you don’t know (yet) and don’t understand (yet) it is OK. Leadership starts with small simple actions within yourself go out there, ask, figure it out and find the solution.

The foundation of leadership starts with leading yourself to the fulfillment of your goals. If you can lead yourself, you can lead others to the fulfillment of their own goals. So leading yourself does make you a leader, as your actions will get people following you and it will also inspire them to take action.

Final words…

Now, if you are wondering where are all of the business strategies I’ve learnt at these events well my darling you have to attend one and learn it yourself!, keep reading because I’ve got good news for you – and also because this post is about to end– I haven’t put any technical business strategies here because it doesn’t matter if you know how to gain more followers to your instagram account or how to grow your facebook page or how to get more engagement on your you tube videos or find ways to automate your business, etc, etc. Honestly, there is no point in knowing all that if your business/offer/product is not in tune with your core beliefs.
Let me explain, if your business is not giving you the great results you want -especially if you see others getting great the results- and you truly are putting your best effort, most of the time is because of the limiting beliefs and paradigms in your mind acting as barriers which prevent you from achieving YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL. So take a moment to evaluate what are those limiting beliefs and reframe them to your benefit, once those beliefs are in tune with what you do, your business will be rocking!.
However, if you are in tune with your business and you want to learn the business and digital strategies I have learnt from attending events and masterminds and, you are ready to implement these strategies into your own business, I invite you to grab my ebook from here. Finally, now that you know some of the life and business lessons I have learnt from attending events and masterminds… What are you waiting for?? Go secure your ticket and maybe we will meet at an event 😉

To all of my mentors, colleagues, friends that have become family and each of you who have been and are still part of my journey. I am grateful for all of you. Thank You <3

Should I quit my Job? Tips and Advice #2  – What is your Why? Finding your core motivations

What is your why? Why are you looking to quit your job? Why do you want to start your own business? What is your why, business owners?

By this time we have already spoken about embracing your current situation, accepting the present and moving onto your future by breaking the chains of your life-consuming  job saying “goodbye job. Today I leave you in the past” and starting your own business.

The next step now is understanding Your Why, your core motivations.

Some of you might have heard or read this question before and you probably know what your why is, or perhaps you may not even know what I actually mean when I ask you “what is your why?”.

what is your why your purpose ameli antoinette the most important days in your life mark twain

So let’s Start with Why

Why is a simple but yet, powerful word. I used to be the “why” little girl with an endless curiosity that questioned everything and everyone around me.

In fact, the word Why has had a powerful effect  on each stage of my life, from helping me understand things and people better, to helping me make decisions -sometimes big decisions- to also causing conflicts that made me wonder the true nature of human beings. For example, when I was 14, on my last year of high school, it was suggested (more mandatory than suggested but anyway) that we do the confirmation before we ended school. So I attended the “confirmation weekly meetings” at my school’s catholic church.

At a certain point we would read the bible,  there were so many things coming out of that book and so many things said (according to their own interpretation that it just did not resonated with my own beliefs, I could not comprehend WHY they were saying what they were saying, so I would ask questions out of genuine curiosity because I truthfully wanted to understand their Why)  This landed me being told that the devil was within me because I was asking too many why’s and I was sent to pray 12 ave maria’s & “holy father’s prayer.

Maybe someone wiser would have been able to handle my questions smartly but anyway this has been a huge introduction so let’s keep things rolling…

When I ask you “what is your why?” what is the first thing that you think about? Is it maybe something like Why do I do what I do? Why am I here on this planet? Why do I want to quit my job? Why do I really want to start my own business?  Why did I create my company? Why do I wake up every morning? Why do I do what I do?

WHY  do I ask so many questions??

Because I am convinced that understanding Your Why is VITAL, crucial,  mandatory not only in your business, but in your life.

For example, Simon Sinek with his best seller Start with Why, verbalizes the principles of understanding you why, and provides you with examples of big companies that understand their why and are now SUCCEEDING in business (i.e.: apple). On the other hand, Anthony Robbins himself is the ‘Why man’. He is passionate about understanding the human behavior and Why we do what we do?,  if you have read any of his books or listened to any of his audios like “Get To The Edge and Live with Passion” you will perfectly understand what I mean.

Before starting or getting into business, one first must understand at heart what matters to people as human beings.

Why?

Because people are not business. Business is people and… people don’t follow what you do but WHY you do it.

Having a strong why, is like having a strong foundation for what it is that you want to build. Also because if you don’t have a strong reason WHY you are doing something, then why should you keep doing it?

Your why becomes your passion and when your enthusiasm is evident, people want a ticket to your happy train.  Understand your Why and you would have harnessed your passion.

Your Why is going to be your armour and your spade, making you invincible  when the time comes to face challenges.  Only when you find and understand your why you will find the courage to take risks, to take massive action and get ahead. On the other side, it is really easy to quit something when you don’t know why you are doing it.

As Frederick Nietzsche said:

what is your why he who has a why can endure anyhow ameli antoinette wealthypreneurs nietzsche

If something doesn’t matter, if something doesn’t have a powerful why, or that vision and essence within it. People will not be motivated to follow it. Remember, people operate on motivation.

How do I find my why?

As an entrepreneur and business owner your why MUST be something you totally believe in, something you are passionate about, something you love, something that inspires you or something you are willing to fight for, no matter what. Something that when you talk about, someone else can see the passion and the fire in your eyes. Something that gives you a sense of drive and purpose.

So please, ask yourself again “what is my why?” “Why do I want to start my own business?”.  Write your little own story and then ask yourself again “Why?” and answer it with “Because…”. Do this over and over again until you get to your main reason. Your core.  Your inspiration. Your heart. That moment when something hits you and your heart is pumping hard or tears start rolling down your face or you just can’t stop laughing. Just get there, get to your core and find your answers.

Yes, understanding your why is a journey within yourself. So you just need to let things flow, forget about being self-aware, just let it flow and take your time. Stop only when you know you have gotten to your core.

Trust me, You’ll know when you’ve gotten to your real why. You will feel it.

Now I’m going to do a short example with my own story. Replace my story with yours and then carry on with the exercise :)….

Here we go.

A brief summary of my story:

I inspire, motivate, and mentor people to take inspired action to become entrepreneurs  and create a business and a lifestyle they love. I mentor entrepreneurs to strategically manage their businesses  so they can have the time-freedom and the abundance to create a life they love next to their love ones.

  • Why?
Because I have experienced the pain of working on a job that consumed my life and it didn’t give me the chance to spend valuable time with the most important person in the world, my mum.
  • Why?
Because I’ve learnt through the loss of my mom -and my own self- that there are more important things in life than just a fancy job, a status and a great salary. So I use the skills I’ve gained and my experience as my platform.
  • Why?
Because I care about people, their situations, their jobs and their professions and how they can improve their lives  and I wish everyone to be happy, what really matters to me is them and their lives even If I don’t know them. If I can do something to help them better their lives I am happy and at peace with myself.
  • Why?
Because I was there once. I was scared, I wanted to do something different but I didn’t know what to do. I thought I only know so much and that my Doctor’s skills were limiting the possibilities of starting another career, let alone starting my own business. I felt lost and confused but I was too scared to ask and I wished someone guided me during those uncertain moments. So I am that person now, the older sister, the mentor, the soul spoken woman that walks them to create the business of their lives.
  • Why?
Because I know EVERYONE has the skills and what is needed within themselves to create a business and a lifestyle they love, this is a world of endless possibilities that we all have access to, and I Believe anyone can do it if they have the right guidance.
  • Why?
Because I come from that place where I was surrounded by the most beautiful love and care, where the perception of obstacles were seem as challenges to have fun with. Where, even when the doctors said I would be blind, deaf and with cognitive problems. I had a woman who walked me through all of the challenges imagined with the upmost strength. A woman who challenged the status quo and society when times were mean to single mothers. A woman who ran her own business and sat strong and lovingly in front of her patients only a couple of days before passing away, a woman who touched and changed many lives, a woman that with the power of her love and belief made me who I am now.
  • Why?
Because it was with my mother that I learnt to believe in others and that there isn’t anything more powerful than genuine courageous love to help, to serve.
  • Why?
Because to me this is more than just business, this is about the people and the lives I know I can impact to make a difference and help make this world a better place.
  • Why?
Because that is where my heart is. It makes me feel happy and blessed. This is my purpose.

** If you’re asking yourself  “What is my purpose in life?”  Then read this Quick guide to finding your purpose in life in 5 minutes.**

If you continue without having this question answered  on at least 6 different levels  down, a couple of things can happen; either you find yourself hating what you’re doing or your life or, you will just quit when things get tough, or you will continue to pursue the next big deal.  There are more examples but in synthesis those are my examples.

Not sure what you are passionate about?

Asking why and understanding it will unveil the real you. It is the purpose behind everything you do. If you’re looking at some clues as to your whys then look over your old journals, your facebook statuses, fb posts, tweets, older blogs. Pay attention to conversation with your friends or family, to what you watch on TV, to the podcasts or radio stations you listen to, to the books you read.

Remember that box full of pictures and articles about the places you want to visit before you die?, or the notes from years ago where you wrote your dreams and potential business ideas. Poll your relatives, family and childhood and closest friends how you were when you were a child. Examine the challenges you have overcome and how you overcome them.

Why?

Because the better you know and understand yourself, the better and more successful you will be in business.

and well… why not?

You owe it to yourself to start doing what you really want to do, to start living the life you want to live, to create both a business and a lifestyle you love so get on your way! Start by understanding your why and your core motivations.

Love & Light,

~Amelí.

“You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.” ~ Maya Angelou

What this Doctor did will SHOCK YOU!

Ameli Antoinette Surgery Time
I was a career-focused, burnt out General Practitioner.

Burnt out because I worked endless shifts to a point where it felt like I was simply existing. I would wake up, go to work, head home late in the evening, if I was lucky I would get a few hours of sleep and then the cycle would begin all-over-again.

Although I loved my profession, I let it dictate my life. Spare time was a rare commodity and I lost out on spending special occasions with the people I love.

My biggest regret is that I could not be there when my Mom needed me the most. She was sick and after she suddenly passed away it was too late, I had no ability to recover that time, she was  already gone.

Don’t get me wrong though…..

Ameli Antoinette-and-Mom-Love-Wealthypreneurs
I don’t blame losing the last few months with my Mom on my patients or my career; because as crazy as it sounds, being a Doctor comes with taking many sacrifices to help others, sacrifices that sometimes we are not even aware of!

So while my caring nature would make the most of it’s time taking care of my patients. The sad reality is that I missed out on caring for the most important person in my life, which was my Mom!

Mom and I lived on our own and although  I know she was proud of me. I feel that Mom would have loved having me sit next to her reading her the newspaper, taking care of her, giving her back everything she gave me, instead my consuming career only paid her with the absence of her only daughter. A career where my main focus was worrying about emergency calls, my patients status, shifts or having those pesky last minute meeting calls.

I cannot help but feel that I have missed out on some of the best days that we could have spent together, like going on holidays, travelling, painting, going on food tours, taking pictures and relaxing with the people who are most important to us!

At this stage the image of my office, the hospital and the status quo of a conditioned society seemed to be engraved within me, making me mistakenly believe that experiencing my ‘WANTS’ were not possible.

doctor_stress_depressed_Ameli_Antoinette

But I could no longer handle that reality. We have total control of our lives and if I am in a particular situation it is because I put myself in that situation

I realized that there are more important things in life than just working to exist or living to work!.

I had to make a change!

So after Mom passed away, I decided to pursue one of my main desires. Since I was a little girl I wanted to move to New Zealand and now I was going to make it happen. I was no longer going to be a workaholic.

Once in New Zealand I accepted a position in plastic surgery.

3 months after mom was gone, on one of my daily work-routines at the operating theatre, we had a particular middle aged female patient who was having breast reconstructive surgery.

Seeing her laying in bed, I noticed the grey complexion of her skin and I knew that she had undergone chemotherapy treatment, I saw the scars on her chest, I saw her fragile hands and suddenly I was overwhelmed.

For a moment I saw my Mom laying in that bed and all of a sudden I felt like passing out! It was so overwhelming that my heart was racing and all I Wanted to do was to get out of the theatre and run! It was all too much pain to deal with.

It hit me. It was real. Mom was gone…

doctor stress depression ameli antoinette wealthypreneurs

After moving overseas, for three months I pretended that nothing ever happened. It was easier to continue like that than facing the tough reality. That day, it felt like my Mom was trying to remind me that emotions could not be forgotten. If ignored, emotions have a unique ability to present themselves!

sad depressed reflexive medical doctor surgeon train wealthypreneurs career change
Once I calmed down, on my way back home, I started evaluating my situation. Within a blink of an eye I was back to being a workaholic, back to the early mornings and the late nights with minimum amount of sleep.

I realized that I had fallen back into the same old routine that I had in Peru!

I guess I was just trying to keep myself busy, to avoid thinking, to avoid accepting that Mum was gone but my body was indicating how fragile my emotional state was and if I did not take care of myself I was going to burn out.

The next chapter of my life shocked me. It shocked my colleagues, it shocked my family, it shocked my friends,
It shocked people I met and even now it still shocks people who meet me.

I QUIT!

I needed time for myself so I quit medicine -at least for the time being-. I thought it would be a brilliant idea to find a job with normal working hours.

I looked for alternative jobs in medicine and other industries where I could utilize my skills, but no one would employ me as I was over qualified.

Then, I finally got employed and the vision of my 9-5 job became a reality. At first, things were great! but the 9-5 lifestyle is definitely not as ordinary as it is made out to be.  I soon felt the leash of my boss tightening around me.

I went from an independent woman and medical professional to being controlled by bosses who were doing a fantastic job at running their company into the ground while taking their staff along with them.

I thought that perhaps it was time to go back to medicine. But, thinking about working back in the sterile walls of a hospital brought back sad memories, making me feel claustrophobic and nervous.

I felt between a Scylla and Charybdis and got extremely frustrated with this thought, until a switch flicked in my head….

I decided that I was going to live my life under my own terms. I am not going to let someone determine what my time is worth, nor decide at what time I can or cannot take lunch, etc.

Why should I work for someone if I can work just as hard for myself and create my own pay-check?

I have a burning desire to live in a world where I can take holidays whenever I want, enjoy life with friends and spend quality time with my those I love.

I totally believe in the law of attraction and when you really want something, with all the power in your heart, and you look for it, you will find it! So I asked the universe for a sign…

Then I met some awesome new friends at a Christmas BBQ. They both had just quit their jobs to travel the world and work part time online. Listening to them speak of their plans for their amazing year ahead certainly captured my attention. I started probing them for information, as it sounded so amazing that it was almost too good to be true.

At first I was a little skeptical but I maintained an open mind. They told me that they will be teaching, mentoring and providing educational online tools to help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their online or offline businesses.

However, my main concern was that I had no business, but I somehow realized that this was going to be my solution. They continued by explaining how I could leverage these same tools to create my own business and position myself in the niche of my choice.

It was at this point when I decided to postpone returning to medicine and made the smart decision to an online business.

Today, my life has now TRANSFORMED, those claustrophobic hospital walls are no longer leaning in on me anymore, instead they have been replaced by a beautiful blue sky, sea and nature

I now have the freedom to live and breathe in a world I have create for myself, living the lifestyle I always dreamed of.

I now choose when to work, where to work and in which city of the world I want to work in.

More importantly, I can spend as much time as I want next to the people I love.

My heart is finally happy :).

Despite the limited knowledge I had, the internet has given me the ability to produce an income. I started my online business part time and now I run it from the comfort of my home, or wherever I happen to be, as long as I have internet and my phone or my laptop. The internet never sleeps and is always there when you need it, opening the doors to endless possibilities.

The crazy thing is that everyday people are using the internet to create careers, products, etc. It is not the computer boffins, scientists or engineers; it is just regular people from every walk of life

And I’m so glad I challenged myself to take the chance and trust my inner feelings. Walking away from medicine was one of the toughest decisions I have ever made but it has taught me that I can be brave and try new experiences as this world won’t hurt me……..at all!

My world has changed, and my mission is now to help other people realize that their dreams ARE possible, even if you are not quite sure what that dream might be.

So if you are determined to change your situation but need some advice or guidance to get started then first, download my free ebook: “How to transition from employee to entrepreneur”, you can access it below this post. What if I tell you that, it is not complex at all…

It might be challenging -yes- but if you do things on a certain way,
being successful in life and business can be easily achieved.

No, you do not have to google  “Hey google will I be successful in life?”
or leave it to astrology and search your daily horoscope on the magazines
(Yes, people DOES search for those terms)

It doesn’t matter if you’re a libra or a leo,
it doesn’t matter if you have just graduated college
or if you are a high school drop-out.

Unlike the status-quo wants you to believe, this factors might be
important but are not vital to determine your success in life and business.

Because the truth is: You have EVERYTHING within yourself
to be successful in life and business.

Now let’s get to the fruit & juice of this blogpost…

Amelí, what are the keys to success?

There are many factors involved and actually, when I think
about the ultimate tips to be successful in life and business
a lot of ideas and factors come to my mind.

But as promised I’ll give you now the 27 ultimate tips to reach your goals
and succeed not only in your life but also in your business.
#SUCCESS GUARANTEED

So, the first 3 undeniable rules to success are:

Key to success #1 – Trust and Believe in Yourself

All you need is within you now.

Do you realize that?

You have everything you need within yourself right now to be successful. Start today a journey of transformation, You have the chance to be successful in life and business to make your life completely different right now.

Believe in yourself - take back your power- wealthypreneurs

Key to success #2 – Learn to let go and move forward

“Let today be the day you learn the grace of letting go and the power of moving on”
~Dr. Steve Maraboli

Let me be clear, it is not that there is something holding you back. But instead what you think it;s holding you back… most of the time the clouds in our minds don’t let us see things as they really are, and they are usually simpler than we think.
So relieve the load from the past, let go, keep moving forward and fill your book with new experiences :).

new chapter of your life wealthypreneurs let go

Keys to Success #3: Have a Vision, Be Unrealistic

“Hold The vision, Trust the process”
(Unknown)

Over the last posts we’ve been talking a bout this consistently. BELIEVE, have FAITH, and do whatever you need to do to make it happen.

Key to Success #4 – Dare to be Unrealistic

Or… think outside the box, Think BIG, set your goals base on what you really want. Because when you are
“realistic”you are basing your future based on past experiences. And if you create your future based on past experiences, you are not going to get anywhere. So Be Unrealisitic!. Ask yourself: “What do I really want?”

Key to Success #5 – Have a Plan, Get Directions.

It is vital to have a plan. You need to know where you are heading to and build your plan around it.

In here I’d like to quote Alice in Wonderland:

Chesshire Puss…Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?’
`That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,’ said the Cat.
`I don’t much care where–‘ said Alice.
`Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,’ said the Cat.

So, know where you are, know where you are heading to and head in that direction. The direction of achieving your goals and making your dreams come true.

Key to Success #6 – Set Goals

This is the same as knowing where you are going to.
Your goals are like the steps you need to take to get to your “Neverland”.
We have already spoke about the power of goal setting and its 8 golden rules, if you haven’t read it yet, go ahead and read it 🙂

Oh and btw, when you set your goals also consider these:

  1. K.I.S.S = Keep It Simple Stupid.
Seriously, just keep it simple. So instead of overcomplicating things. Break up your main big goal into smaller tasks, this will ensure you follow them step by step.
  2. S.M.A.R.T.S. =
Be Specific with your goals, be as detailed as possible as to what you want to achieve, write it down and use all of your senses when describing them.
Measure your goals: that is why is important that your goals are also specific so you can measure when you have accomplished them.
Achievable: Be aware that sometimes, we set ourselves up with huge goals that we feel out of our reach at that moment. So Yes, be Unrealistic with your goals, but at the same time draw a line and push yourself to the maximum limit only IF you are committed to do so. This is what I call, taking a calculated, smart risk.
Right & Relevant: To me is all about being true to yourself, we are talking about your life here! so make sure that when you are setting up your goals, do looking at the things that YOU REALLY want to do, give yourself that gift and for a moment think only about yourself, forget about please other people point of view, or following other people suggestions that don’t resonate with you, even if what they say sounds logical or “right” according to society. Just Be Truth to YOURSELF and ask yourself:  What do I really want to do with my life? What do I really want? How achieving “this” goal is going to influence and improve my life? Be honest.
Time-bound:  Make sure that you set a time frame as to the specific time when you want your goals to be achieved. You are the only one who can do this. Now, I recommend doing this after you have already mapped your plan. Consider the things around your life at the time, but ultimately is all about HOW BAD do you really want to achieve them? You and only you have the answer and you and only you have the power to succeed.
Simple: As I said before, Keep it Simple stupid :)!

Key to Success #7 – Practice Successful Habits

Wherever you are right now is a result of the habits you have.
Developing good successful habits is key to achieve our goals and ultimately to have the life we want. For this you also need to have self-discipline. Wake up early, dedicate at least 30 min per day to read relevant books, listen to audios or study the information relevant to what you want to achieve. Practice healthy habits, take care of your health, exercise, etc…

Key to Success #8 – Establish your own ‘non-negotiable’ rules

Ok, the whole point of creating your own goals is because you really want to achieve them, your goals are so strong that they inspire you and motivate you to wake up every morning and work towards them they are also so strong that when things get a bit hard you will push through! So I want you to be honest with yourself right now, and the point of establishing your own ‘non- negotiable’rules is for example: When you know you want to do a post in your blog, or finish the research for your presentation, or studying for that big exam next week and some of your friends come and tell you to ‘take a break’, relax or just ‘leave it there’for a second you say NO, I want to finish this not because I”have-to” but because I want to. Now, I am not saying go neglect your life and forget you have a life. Not at all! All I’m saying is: Learn to say now and put your feet down in the break when necessary. Plus, it is always rewarding to do something fun after you know you’ve done something that is taking you closer to your goal :).

Key to Success #9 –  Be Flexible & Expect the Unexpected

As I said previously in this post. Learn to BE FLEXIBLE. Review your current actions, see if they are working if not, be open to change and take new actions, be flexible with your rules as long as they take you CLOSER to your goal.

Key to Success #10 – Embrace Failure

You need to be willing to fail. There are moments when you are going to learn and in others you’ll learn.
Failing is part of the process, it is how you learn, how you improve and how you also implement new strategies.

Key to Success #11 –  Be Consistent & Comitted

Remember, CONSISTENCY is KEY. As long as your goals remain true to yourself, this step is actually easier.

Key to Success #12 – Find someone to be accountable with

Ask a friend, a partner, someone in your family if they can be accountable to you. Share with them how they can help you, tell them what you are trying to achieve and what are your rules. So if at any moment you feel like leaving something for later, or tempted to do other things. They will be there helping you to push through and reminding you why you should continue and do what you need to do:).

Key to Success #13 – Push your Limits & get out of your comfort zone

It’s not always going to be easy. But I’ll tell you what? It will always be rewarding. BE willing to push through, look for new ideas and get out of your comfort zone. That is the only way you’ll grow.

Key to Success #14 – Strive for Progress, not for perfection

If all of our lives and existence would be perfect everything will be freaking boring! So strive for progress, action beats inaction. You will improve and “perfectionate’as you go through but just DO!.

Key to Success #15 – Teach what you learn . Give something back

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” – John Maxwell

To have knowledge is not enough,  the best way to learn is by teaching others and sharing what you know. So if you want to learn more, give and share more. Great leaders always inspire not only with what they do but with what they teach.

Key to Success #16 – Be Grateful

I can’t emphasize enough the importance and relevancy of being grateful. Be grateful for who you are, for what you have, for what you are doing, for waking up every morning  because every day is an opportunity to do things better, to improve your life and the life of others. Be grateful for your friends, for the people around you – whether you love them or whether they are not connected to you- because everything my friend… EVERYTHING happens for a reason and as long as you are learning, you are growing. So be grateful 🙂

Key to Success #17 –  Take Massive Action

To truly succeed one must be an action taker. There is no point on knowing all of these principles if you don’t take action.
Results come from action. And it is your results that speak better than anything you say. So take ACTION! Your life is awaiting 🙂

Finally, remember that the only difference between Successful People and unsuccessful people is Discipline, Consistency and Taking Action!

Now that you know the 17 keys to be successful in life and business, all you need is the right mindset and the right tools! If you’re looking for the right tools you can use some basic tools I share here . By implementing them and getting further education I have managed to live a life of financial and time freedom. So go ahead and take MASSIVE ACTION today!

See you tomorrow!

77 ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ quotes by Robert Kiyosaki.

Have you read Rich Dad, Poor Dad from Robert Kiyosaki?

The first time I read “RichDad, Poor Dad”, it was probably
between my 14 or 15’s I LOVE reading and this kind of
books were always part of our shelves thanks to mum.

Mum always ensure that we feed our minds with valuable
information besides what I learnt at school, I was a curious
little girl and she always allowed me to express myself
and respected my own –sometimes weird– opinions.

Oh mum, you always gave me the right foundation for my success.

I guess I was being a wealthypreneur without even knowing
what being a wealthypreneur meant back then.

Ok, let’s get back on track! :P… To be honest, it has already
been 12 years since I read it  for the first time and I couldn’t
remember much.

Since last year up until now I’ve listened to the “rich dad, poor dad”
audiobook probably about 10 times, and just recetly I decided
to buy the book again and read it. This time, in english.
(FYI, I’m from Peru so the first time I read it, it was in Spanish)

I started reading the book 2 days ago, and I don’t wanna finish it!
One of my rules is listen to an audio for about 1 hr and read for
about 1 hour. I usually do this right after my morning meditation,
as soon as I wake up. It is one of my rituals.

So yes, you might be saying… Ameli, you spend 2 hours reading
and listening to audios?… 2 HOURS??!!!
YES,  and I call this Investing in myself. I know that my mindset
and my time are my biggest asset so I choose to invest in them
to then, apply what I know not only in businesses, but also in
my life. Nowadays time for me is not a problem anymore as I am
a full time online entrepreneur so I can distribute my time as I please.
Of course, I get distracted sometimes!

Now before I say anything else, I’ll share with you some of
my favourite and …

Powerful quotes from “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”

#5  For when you blame your boss or someone else about situations in YOUR LIFE

“You’d Best Change your point of view. Stop blaming me, thinking I’m the problem. If you think I’m the problem, then you have to change me. If you realize that you ‘re the problem, then you can change yourself,  learn something and grow wiser. Most people want everyone else in the world to change but themselves. Let me tell you, it’s easier to change yourself than everyone else”. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#8

“‘Will a job be the best solution to this fear (the fear of not having enough money) over the long run?’ In my opinion, the answer is ‘no’. Especially when you look over a person’s lifetime. A job is really a short-term solution to a long-term problem” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#16About Professions, Businesses and your Career….

“There is a big difference between your profession and your business. I often ask people “What is your business?” And they will say “Oh, I’m a banker”. Then, I ask them if they own the bank? And they usually respond “No, I work there” (…)  A problem with school is that you often become what you study (…) The mistale in becoming what you study is that too many people forget to mind their own business. They spend their lives minding someone else’s business and making that person rich” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#24

“Rich people are often creative and take calculated risks”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#25 – Reasons to increase your financial intelligence…

“Few people realize that luck is created. Just as money is. And if you want to be luckier and create money instead of working hard, then your financial intelligence is important. If you are the kind of person who is waiting for the “right” thing to happen, you might wait for a long time. It’s like waiting for all the traffic lights to be green for five miles before starting the trip”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#26

“The single most powerful asset we all have is our mind. If it’s trained well, it can create enormour wealth (…) An untrained mind can also create extreme poverty that lasts lifetimes by teaching it to their families” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

ROBERT KIYOSAKI QUOTES RICH DAD POOR DAD, YOUR MIND IS YOUR BIGGEST ASSET, WEALTHYPRENEURS

#27

“So why develop your financial genius? Only you can answer that (…) I develop my financial IQ because I want to participate in the fastest game and the biggest game in the world. I do not want with those left behind.”  (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#28

“Simple math and common sense is all that is needed to do well financially”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#29

“Great opportunities are not seen with your yes, they are seen with your mind. Most people never get wealthy because they are not trained financially to recognize opportunities right in front of them (…) To find an opportunity that everyone else has missed. You see with your mind what others miss with their eyes”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#29 – Taking the road to financial freedom…

“Always remember to have fun. This is only a game. Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn. But have fun. Most people never win because they are more afraid of losing. That is why I found school so silly. In school we learn that mistakes are bad, and we are punished for making them. Yet, if you look at the way humans are designed to learn, we learn by making mistakes. We learn to walk by falling down. If we never fell down, we would never walk. The same is true for learning to ride a bike. (…) The same is true for getting rich. Unfortunately, the main reason most people are not reach is because they are terrified of losing. Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki).

#30

“It is what you know that is your greatest wealth. It is what you do not know that is your greatest risk. There is always risk, so learn to manage risk instead of avoid it.”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

“Job is an acronym for Just Over Broke” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#33

“Workers work hard enough to not be fired, and owners pay just enough so that workers won’t quit” And if you look at the pay scales of most companies, again I would say there is a degree of truth in that statement” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#34

” The net results is that most workers never get ahead. They do what they’ve taught to do: “get a secure job.” Most workers focus on working for oay and benefits that reward them in the short term, but is often disastrous in the long run” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

 #35 – Before choosing your career path…

“Instead I recommend to young people to seek work for what they will learn, more than what they will earn. Look down the road at what skills they want to acqure before choosing a specific profession and before getting trapped in the “Rat Race”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#36 – What is the Rat Race??

“Once people are trapped in the lifelong process of billpaying, they become like those little hamsters running around in those little metal wheels. Their little furry legs are spinning furiously, the wheel is turning furiusly, but come tomorrow morning, they’ll still be in the same cage: great job”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#37 – So, what to do??

“When I speak to adults who want to earn more money, I always recommend the same thing (…) Often I recommend joining a network marketing company, also called multilevel marketing, if they ant to learn sales skills. Some of these companies have excellent training programs that help people get over their fear of failure and rejection, which are the main reasons people are unsuccesful. EDUCATION is more valuable than money, in the long run”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#38

“The reason so many talented people are poor is because they focus on building a “better hamburguer” (using the example of McDonald’s) and know little to nothing about business systems” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#39

“My poor dad said, “you need to know a lot about one specialty.” My rich dad said, “you need to learn a little about a lot of things”. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#40

“Poor dad wanted me to specialize. That was his view on how to be paid more. Even after being told by the governor of Hawaii that he could no longer work in state government (…) He never understood that the more specialized you become, the more you are trapped and dependent on that specialty”. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#41

“The main management skills needed for success are: 1. The management of cashflow; 2, The management of systems (including yourself and time with family); 3. The management of people”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#42

“It is communication skills such as writing, speaking and negotiating that are crucial to a life of success” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#43

“Rich dad encouraged Mike and me to know a little about a lot. He encouraged us to work with people smarter than we were and to bring smart people together to work as a team. Today it would be called a synergy of professional specialties”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

 #44

“If you hate risk and worry…. start early”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#45

“The greatest reason for lack of financial success was because most people played it too safe. “People are so afraid of losing that they lose” were my rich dad’s words” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#46

“Rich dad knew that failure would only make him stronger and smarter”  (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#47

“Failure inspires winners and failure defeat losers. It is the biggest secret of winners”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#48

“The main reason that over 90 percent of the American publis struggles financially is because they play not to lose. They don’t play to win” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#49

“If you have little money and you want to be rich, you must first be “focused”, not “balanced”. If you look at anyone successful, at the start they were not balanced. Balanced people go nowhere. They stay in one spot. To make progress, you must first go unbalanced. Just look at how you make progress walking” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#50

“If you have any desire to be rich, you must focus. Put a lot of your eggs in a few baskets. Do not do what poor and middle-class people do: put thir few eggs in many baskets” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#51

“Staking the asset column is a high-attitude game.  It takes guts, patience and a great attitude toward failure. Losers aoid failing. And failure turns losers into winers”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#52

“How do you beat laziness? The answer is a little greed. IT’s that radio station WII-FM, which stands for ‘What’s In It-For Me?’ A person needs to sit and ask, “What’s in it for me if I’m healthy, sexy and good looking?”or “what would my life be like if I never had to work again?” Without that little greed, the desire to have something better, progress is not made. Our world progresses because we all desire a better life (…) So whenever you find yourself avoiding something you knwo you should be doing, then the only thing to ask yourself is “What’s in it for me?”Be a little greedy. It’s the best cure for laziness. ” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

 #53

“Do what you feel in your heart to be right -for you’ll be criticized anyway.  You’ll b damned if you do, and damned if you don’t “- Eleanor Roosevelt. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#54

“Arrogance is ego plus ignorance. (…) When you know you are ignorant in a subject, start educating yourself by finding an expert in the field or find a book on the subject”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#55

“Most people simply buy investments rather than first invest in learning about investing” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#56

“Arrogant or critical people are often people with low se lf-steem who are afraid of taking risks”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#57

“I would say that one of the hardest things about wealth building is to be true to yourself and be willing to not go along with the crowd. (…) As we used to say as surfers: “There is always another way.”  People who hurry and catch a wave late usually are the ones who wipe out”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

 #58

“You become what you study” In other words be careful about what you study and learn, because your mind is so powerful that you become what you put in your head”. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#59

“Put into action what you learn”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#60

“A lesson that I learned from my rich dad was that “the world push you around.” The world ushes people around not because other people are bullies, but because the individual lcks internal control and discipline. People who lack internal fortitude often become victims of those who have self-discipline”. (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#61 -Starting your own business?

“The three most important management skills to start your own business are: 1. Management of cashflow; 2. Management of people; 3. Management of personal time (…) The three matter in the way you live your life as an individual, or as part of a family, a business, a charitable organization, a city or a nation” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#62

“Use pressure to inspire your financial genious to come up with new ways of making more money and then  pay your bills. (…) The rich know that savings are only used to create more money, not to pay bills” (Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#63

“The real skill is to manage and pay well the people who are smarter than you in some technical area.(…) Why? Because if, and I do mean IF, the people are professionals, their services should make you money. And the more money they make, the more money I make (…) That is financial intelligence”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#64

#65

“To be a master of money, you need to be smarter than it. Then money will do as it is told. It will obey you. Instead of being a slave to it, you will be the master of it. That is financial intelligence”(Rich Dad, Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki)

#66

After 4 days reading this book again, I’ve to admit I felt
a bit bumped when Robert said “Thank You for reading this book”
it is such a good book and there is so much great info that
I didn’t want to finish it. But, at the same time… There are more
books to read and knowledge to acquire.

As You might very well understand now, Your mindset is your biggest asset
fill it with the right information. But also, it’s not only about new information
and learning but also about TAKING ACTION towards the new things
you learn.

I hope you understand that “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” it is not about
real estateor the share market.  Robert gives this as his examples because
it is his business and his passion and he knows how to play the game of money.

Whatever your career is, and the path you have chosen – or ar about to choose-
make sure you add in some of the skills Robert mentions all along his book
and that I’ve tried to quote in this post.

Remember… TAKE ACTION towards the opportunites in front of you!

That is  what I did to get out of my “rat race”, and now I’m able to work
from home -or wherever I happen to be- from my computer, build my
empire. It is normal to feel confused at the beginning, it is normal to feel
fear and it is normal to fail. Failure is the way to success and as long
as you Learn, it is not failure. So TAKE ACTION, do it for yourself
for the life you deserve and for what you want to achieve. I share some of the
the education I’ve acquired about building my own business,
marketing, branding, selling on my private facebook group that you can access for free.
So you can learn some vital steps to Succeed in business!

The Power of Goal Setting: 8 Golden Rules For Success

What is the Power of goal setting?

Well, everything starts as an idea that then,
with the right amount of work, will materialize.
When we set goals, we are are designing the
future in advance, we are creating our destiny.

Your goals need to be so strong that you look forward
every morning to get out of bed and work on them.

There’s no right or wrong when setting your own goals
the only condition is that they HAVE TO inspire you,
they have to be compelling so that when things go hard
they motivate you to keep going and when you attain them
they help you grow and become a better person.

Your goals should be in alignment with your values and
are created specifically to transform your life and bring
it to the next level.

HOW TO SET COMPELLING, INSPIRING GOALS

In order to set compelling and  inspiring goals, these are the
golden rules you need to follow:

Have Clear Goals and a Clear Plan of Action Wealthypreneurs

  1. CLARITY. Your goals need to be clear, detailed
and as specific as you can make them. The detailed
they are, the better. Also, you must have a specific
plan of action for their attainment.
In other words, HAVE A CLEAR VISION & A CLEAR PLAN.2
  2. KNOW YOUR WHY. This Step is VITAL because
You can have all of the resources you need, the books,
the information, the people, the support, everything
you need to succeed with your goals BUT if you don’t
know WHY you are doing it, if you don’t know WHY
you are moving towards your goals, then it is rare that
    you are going to succeed.
So ask yourself, WHY do I want to achieve this goals?
What is the main reason I created them?
You must be absolutely clear about your why,Know HOW, plan of action wealthypreneurs goal setting
  3. KNOW YOUR HOW. This step is as important as
knowing your why. You MUST have a plan of action,
know HOW you are going to make those goals happen.
In order to know which direction you are going to take,
you must know where you are at. So have a plan of action,
a strategy, this doesn’t mean that once you develop your
plan of action it will stay like that forever, no! You need
to be flexible, and it is for sure that along the way some
things will change, so leave room for improvement.believe and have faith goal setting wealthypreneurs
  4. BELIEVE & HAVE FAITH. Once you have a clear
mental image of what your goals are,  the plan of action
you are going to follow and you know why you are going
to pursue this goals, you MUST have absolute total faith
and trust that you WILL Do it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m
not saying “all you need is believe, trust & pixie dust”
but just know that YOU MUST Believe in Yourself, in Your
goals, in that no matter what happens, you will succeed!.Think outside the box wealthypreneurs be creative goal setting
  5. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. I am sure that you have
probably heard about the SMART goals. A lot of people
talk about them. I like them, is a good foundation but I do
not agree with them at all. WHY? This is Why…
I don’t agree with the “Realistic” side of having Smart goals
because when you think “realistically” you are limiting
yourself and the endless possibilities in the universe.
Because when you think “real” you are basing your future
on past experiences and if you base your future based on
the past you’re simply going to get anywhere.
Just be creative when setting your goals, there are no limits.
Be BOLD and create exciting, compelling goals.Keep a daily review journal goal setting wealthypreneurs
  6. KEEP A DAILY REVIEW JOURNAL,
Yes… keep a journal from moment zero, from
the very very beginning. Do you remember that
I  previously said everything starts with an idea?
Well, a journal is going to be one of your most
powerful tools to brainstorm and write more ideas
down, your progress, what is working or not.
Start by writing your goals there, map  out your
    plan of action.
It doesn’t matter if it looks messy, it doesn’t matter
if you write here and there, as long as YOU
    UNDERSTAND IT and you know
what is there it is fine :)!
Also, REVIEW YOUR GOALS DAILYHave a flexible approach be flexible goal setting wealthypreneurs anthony robbins tony
  7. BE FLEXIBLE, Be Adaptable. As Charles Darwin
said: “It’s not the strongest of the species that
survives, nor the most intelligent, it is the one that
is most adaptable to CHANGE“. Things are always
changing and a strategy what works today may not
be working tomorrow. So be flexible, and ALWAYS
    leave room for improvement..
Stay committed to your decisions but stay flexible in
your approach” (Anthony Robbins).Be consistent goal setting wealthypreneurs anthony robbins robert kiyosaki
  8. BE CONSISTENT. Consistency is KEY. Nothing
was ever achieved by merely luck or overnight and with
no efforts. Every success requires an amount of effort
    and almost unreasonable consistency.
It is the little steps what create the journey. It is those
millions of water drops that shape the sea.
You must also know that there are going to be moments
when things will probably seem confusing or not as great
as you want them to be. Understand that it is part of the
game and no matter what you MUST remain CONSISTENT.
This is why it is VITAL and INDISPENSABLE to know and
understand your WHY. Your WHY is what is going to fire
you up and give you the strength and motivation to continue.
Finally remember what we’ve been talking about over the
last days: Whatever you focus on CONSISTENTLY, you will
    experience in your life.

Before ending this post, I would like an exercise for you,

  • 1. go grab a pen and paper
  • 2. Take 15 minutes to write down there all of the things
you want to achieve. If it makes it easier take 5 minutes to
write your personal goals, financial goals and business/career goals.
  • Once you finish doing that, take an extra 3 minutes to add
a set  time for each goal like, the ones you want to achieve
    within the next 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 years.

Remember, You are capable of achieving anything you want 🙂

See you tomorrow 🙂
